What is a DSCR loan, and who is it for?
A DSCR (debt-service coverage ratio) loan lets real estate investors qualify based on an investment property's rental income instead of personal income, so tax returns and pay stubs usually aren't needed. It's for investment properties only, and the loan can often be held in an LLC, subject to lender guidelines.
